Text Message Opt-In · Wyo Dental Implants

How patients agree to our texts

The exact opt-in experience for the Wyo Dental Implants text-message program, including screenshots of the live consent form.

Where the opt-in happens

Patients request a consultation through the form on wyodentalimplants.com/contact and through the candidate questions on our treatment pages. The form is shown inside an embedded frame served by our website platform, so automated crawlers may not see its fields in the page's raw HTML. The screenshots below show what every visitor sees in a browser.

The form asks how the patient would like to be contacted: email, a call, or a text. When the patient chooses a text, the form shows an optional text-message consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Its full label reads:

“I agree to receive texts from Wyo Dental Implants about my request. Msg & data rates may apply, frequency varies, reply STOP to opt out.” followed by a link to our privacy policy.

Consent is stored with each submission, and text messages are sent only to patients whose submission has the box checked. This is enforced on our servers, not only in the form.

The live form, as patients see it

The appointment request form on the contact page, with “Text me” chosen as the contact method. The text-message consent checkbox sits just above the submit button, unchecked by default:

The consent checkbox and submit button up close. The checkbox is optional, unchecked by default, states message frequency and rates, includes STOP instructions, and links to the privacy policy:

Other ways a text conversation starts

The candidate questions on our treatment pages end with the same contact step and the same consent checkbox. Patients who text the practice first receive replies to their own inquiry.

Every recipient can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of receiving care.
