Why Patients Across Wyoming Choose Us

Most people come to us after years of frustration — broken dentures, painful chewing, or the embarrassment of hiding their smile. We understand. That’s why we built Wyoming Dental Implants to be different: a dedicated implant practice focused entirely on permanent solutions that look, feel, and function like natural teeth.

  • Full-Mouth Dental Implants & All-on-4 Specialists
  • Advanced 3D Imaging & Guided Surgery for Precision
  • Comprehensive Care from Consultation to Final Smile
  • Clear Financing & Transparent Costs

Full-Mouth Dental Implants — Restore What You’ve Lost

Full-mouth dental implants replace every tooth in your upper or lower arch using as few as four to six implants for full support. Unlike dentures, these are fixed and permanent — no slipping, no adhesives, and no awkward moments.

We’ve helped hundreds of Wyoming residents eat steak again, laugh freely, and take photos without hesitation. Using the latest digital technology, we plan every case with precision so your new smile feels completely natural.

Benefits include:
  • Permanent, non-removable solution
  • Natural chewing strength
  • No bone loss from missing teeth
  • Lifelong investment in health and confidence

The All-on-4 Advantage

All-on-4 implants are a breakthrough solution for patients who have lost most or all of their teeth. By using just four implants per arch, we can often perform your procedure in one day — meaning you leave with a full set of new, beautiful teeth the same afternoon.

This treatment has helped countless people regain normal lives after years of dental issues. We’ll explain every step, show your digital plan in 3D, and design a smile that fits your face, your lifestyle, and your confidence.

Affordable Financing Options

We believe everyone deserves a confident smile. That’s why we offer flexible payment plans and trusted financing partners. Our team helps you apply quickly and find monthly options that make treatment possible — whether you’re ready for a full-mouth restoration or a single implant.

Personalized, Custom-Crafted Smiles on Dental Implants.
Created In Our Modern, State-Of-The Art, In-House Lab.

Very few practices manufacture implant restorations in-house. Wyo Dental Implants has a team of full-time lab technicians working in a state-of-the-art, in-house lab to digitally design, scan, mill, and personalize your smile quickly while ensuring ideal aesthetics and long-term success. Don't take this for granted at other offices. You should ask, "Who and where is fabricating my teeth?" Often, your case may be sent across the country or overseas to be made. We brought the lab into our office to improve communication, quality, and efficiency for your benefit.

Dr. Stuart Youmans

I gained my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming in Laramie and my DDS from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. Training includes a one year general practice residency at the VA hospital in Omaha, Nebraska, with special emphasis in oral and maxillofacial surgery and trauma. I moved back to Casper with my wife Melissa in 1998 and we started Aspen Ridge Dental. In 2025, we opened Legacy Institute, our new state of the art facility, where we are able to focus on providing unparalleled oral health care for Wyoming.
